We did not receive the Prevue product as advertised or pictured but received a round replacement. The surprise was not appreciated, but they fit into the cage. After using the product I noticed that these are Prevue cups, just an older model and not a replacement product as I first thought. If you have an old mug, turn it over and the Prevue number will appear on the bottom. So I ordered this replacement number. 1207. Yes, the product image shows a more square mug than my old one, but I got a round mug that fits just as well with no problems. I plan to order another set! I read somewhere that this is a universal plastic cup that fits any Prevue model with a small or medium cage. I would recommend others to look for a model of my cage on Prevue Pets and many cages have accessories like this 1207 Bird Cup. Hope this helps!
