Thick and heavy stair sections
I bought these for our very steep and curved wooden steps in our 150 year old house. Both my husband and I fell on the steps and our older bulldog mix really struggles with them. I had to cut them to fit our steps and it was pretty easy. They hold up well on stairs. They are thick and heavy. They are ugly, but their purpose is not beauty. The only negative comment I have is that they smell. Not sure what exactly the smell is - maybe like new tires? After 2+ months they smell a little less. Bottom line: none of us have fallen down the stairs since I installed them. ๐ค
