Installation instructions not included. I was just learning how to do this when I came back to this page. The sticky bits are junk, they don't stick when you have a bed mat in your truck. They came loose every time I tried to attach the opposite side. The clamps are very cheap plastic and as you can see from the picture they don't even make full contact with my rack.
