The best pedals for beginners!

I bought these pedals because I figured that the first time I sat down I would 100% fall and crack my skull in half. But it clearly hasn't happened (YET), but it will, and that's okay. Anyway, let me tell you something to back up my review. I've started out with regular flat pedals on just about every bike I've sat on for YEARS, but I've never felt as efficient as crank rotation itself. I then tried straps on flat pedals, but the straps were a very good option for me , as I have a very wide foot and it was very difficult for me to put my foot on the strap which almost knocked me out a few times. . After this headache I tried the toe clips with various Avenir pedals and I really like the toe clips and can't say anything bad about them. Anyway I have some rich snotty friends who ride Bianchis and Leaders and full carbon track bikes etc and they all bothered me and told me to try clipless pedals so I took their advice and looked for relatively cheap clampless pedals and i searched and i searched everywhere and found many solutions but i chose these shimano PD m520 pedals and i was very lucky because i haven't crashed yet. The pedals look great and are easy to click on. Specifically for beginners you have a 3mm allen wrench screw that allows you to adjust whether you want to engage a very high string or low tension and I obviously have it on the lowest setting. But in any case, everything is great about these pedals and I have never regretted buying these pedals. And they look really good on my fixed gear, hope this helps you decide!
