It should be noted that their "friendly customer support" is email only and you can wait days (or forever) to get a useless reply. I bought a base unit to add to this 100w inverter. The base unit worked perfectly. The light on the inverter came on but I couldn't get power. I sent an email describing the situation and was asked for an order number. After sending the order number, I received a reply a few days later asking for a video of what I was doing. @#$@#$ are you making fun of me? Is it "friendly customer service"? I've already watched YouTube videos on how to use it and I was sure I was doing everything right. I would like to make a phone call to someone, but apparently this is not possible. I'd even be a little happy if they made some real suggestions based on my problem description. So I sent the inverter back and ordered another one. This new inverter does not work at all! I checked it with a multimeter, there is no current at all. I sent them another email threatening to leave negative feedback if they couldn't handle it satisfactorily. It's been about a week with no response so I'm sending the inverter back and leaving this review. I'm not sure why either, but it looks like the comments and Q&A on the inverter are being confused with those on the base unit. This makes it much harder to read what others think of this inverter add-on.
