Used this for my CPAP on primitive canoe camping. Straight out of the box it comes with the necessary adapter to connect to my 12V outlet on the CPAP. Without my humidifier, this backup battery pack was able to give me over 35 hours of runtime and then 2 hours of continuous light. I ordered three of them about 2 years ago. I noticed but problems right from the start. Imuto's support was helpful initially, but they only have an 18-month warranty. Seriously, how often in 18 months are you really going to use this? The last one retired today. The reason I didn't give you the full 5 stars is the lack of cooling vents. I think if you run it at almost full power for a long period of time it can actually get hot. If you let it run at 50% or less for an extended period of time, you might be fine. If you need more power, you can purchase a 150W pure sine wave inverter that connects to the DC adapter that comes with this inverter. Voltage 112 volts plus 60 Hz. were a bit low, like about 59 Hz.
