Used this for my CPAP on primitive canoe camping. Straight out of the box it comes with the necessary adapter to connect to my 12V outlet on the CPAP. Without my humidifier, this backup battery pack was able to give me over 35 hours of runtime and then 2 hours of continuous light. On 6 of these CPAP watches the battery showed 1% but was still working. At first I thought having CPAP on a camping trip was an unaffordable luxury, but who cares.
