Review on ZYLISS FastCut Herb Mincer in White, 9 inches by Julie Weigel

After reading the pros and cons we decided it was worth a try as we always love everything Zyliss makes. Saving time with smart tools is great, but at the speed I work in the kitchen, it's inevitable. Even after becoming familiar with the mechanism and the force required, the handle was not easy to open or turn. All 4 chefs in the family decided it wasn't worth the risk to cut the veggies so they brought them back. A small lid over the sharp blades is necessary, but it seems easy to lose, and without it the meat grinder would be difficult to clean or store. One mistake and you're cut.
