The customer service is amazing! They were very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable when I was having problems understanding the product. I believe they have great support for their products. It took me awhile to figure out how everything worked but once I did, it made life so much easier. I was able to use this to organize all of my volunteer opportunities in one place, so I could track them all easily. There wasn't anything that I disliked. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to improve their organization. I used it to manage our volunteerism better and to keep track of all of the programs we do.
