I bought this item to make grilling easier. It worked 3 times and died. I contacted Pyle online and at the first stop they wanted to charge me $5 to speak to the tech. So I went to another site, presumably their support site, and spoke to someone who not only didn't understand English but could only email me to fill out a form to ship the unit back to them so I could once it might charge a freight fee onto one of my credit cards. Now this thing is only 30 days old and comes with a 1 year warranty they say. In the end I think they charged me $35. If I could give them a negative star I would.
