Worth the price! Customer service behind the product!

So I just received this pair and have only had the opportunity to use them once. My son has serious sensory issues and while they didn't make my son happy, they definitely made cutting his hair that much easier for us. My only observation is that they aren't much quieter than regular scissors and the sound of metal on metal worries my son. I received an email from Calming Clipper asking what we thought of them. I told them exactly what I said in the first paragraph. He replied that all scissors make a different sound and I want him to see if he can find a pair that is as quiet as possible. The! will they do it I told him I liked it and he said he would find the quietest pair he could find and send them to us as an extra pair. Amazing customer service. Quick response and it seems their goal is to support their product 100%. I will update as soon as I get a new pair. In short: even before I offer to send a second pair, I would highly recommend them to ANYONE who has a child who is struggling to get their hair cut. There is a lot less hassle with these scissors (compared to standard hairdressing scissors). You don't have to worry about scratching the baby. My set also included safety scissors around the ears so there's less chance of poking him if he jerked his head. My son struggled with the electric scissors because of the vibration and noise.
