This works very well for my boas (two adults and one baby) I have 4 large zoom mats attached to it with an extension in one of the two slots. The temperatures of all the mats are within 1 degree of each other, and with all the settings this thing has, it makes things a lot easier. The best feature for me is the temperature calibration. This will give you an accurate temperature. What you do is check the temperature of the mat with a temperature gun probe. If the reading on the mat is higher or lower you can set a different value so it reads the same as your temp gun as thermostats tend to be a little off no matter how expensive they are always check with one temperature measuring gun. After checking I set the difference and now all temperatures are stable which is very good and has alarms when temperatures go too low or too high which again is configurable. Read the instructions and you'll be fine! Hope this helps someone
