Very good connectors
These are super easy connectors to use for small electrical projects. I've been using them to do wiring on a small aluminum boat, and they seal down very easily with a heat gun. I'm sure you could use a lighter as well, but I have the heat gun, and less chance of burning them with it. The solder melts inside and makes for a very solid, waterproof connection.
Pros
- The solder inside the connectors provides a strong, secure connection that won't come loose over time
Cons
- The connectors can be challenging to remove if a mistake is made during installation.
