Bassinet easily sags due to loose ball joint latch
Very good suction power; It didn't happen to me by accident. The flex area is also easily adjusted and stays where you put it. However, the actual bassinet is attached to the arm with a ball joint that has a threaded ring that you must use to tighten this connection to keep it in place. It doesn't get tight enough to really lock in place, so the stand sags a bit over time.
