Due to the shape of the frame's rear tubes, it's just not possible to easily install 2 internal screws. Used electrical tape to help. Why is the outer screw a 12mm hex? There are no 12mm in sets, and single ones are rare. Why not 13mm which is 1/2 inch? Then we can use whatever we can find. The instructions aren't bad, it's just difficult to get the wire and wire and bolt plate through the rusty frame tubing.
