The only reason I removed the star is because 2/3 of the mounting brackets on the airbox were bent due to the lack of packaging on the box. This was an easy fix and we just bent the braces back, but hopefully they'll add better padding so the braces don't get bent or worse. In any case, the thing rocks. With the default setting, you won't notice much gain. So if you're buying for an HP boost I would recommend just getting a performance filter. However, the noise this thing makes is SICK. Nice rough air intake with no whistle like other air intakes I've owned in various cars. 10/10 would buy again. Update, in cold weather this little mod really helps the 86 come alive. In hot weather, the aluminum body actually gets quite hot, so you definitely won't feel any performance gain (in the factory setting).
