    Wanted K&N first, glad I got it instead

    Very good construction with very solid parts, matched filter is much more perfect than others I have installed. Was easy to install and very durable once completed. Out of the box, this only makes the car a little quicker, but the noise involved is worth it. Combine it with a full exhaust and a tune and you'll fall in love with brz (if you haven't already).

    The capture is great, only one small thing keeps it from 5 stars

    I have the crumpled black version and it looks great. To the impenetrable eye it has an almost normal appearance. The only thing that gives it away is the bright red paint on the intake pipe. Very easy installation, be careful with the bottom screw on the filter housing as it can fall off and get caught on the top of one of the plastic panels. Ask me how I know. The only thing stopping this from 5 stars is the fit of the intake pipe to the filter housing, there is none. There is a gap around…

    This shot is amazing!

    The only reason I removed the star is because 2/3 of the mounting brackets on the airbox were bent due to the lack of packaging on the box. This was an easy fix and we just bent the braces back, but hopefully they'll add better padding so the braces don't get bent or worse. In any case, the thing rocks. With the default setting, you won't notice much gain. So if you're buying for an HP boost I would recommend just getting a performance filter. However, the noise this thing makes is SICK. Nice…
