Perfect for poaching eggs in the electric pressure cooker!

I first bought something like this 2 years ago to boil eggs in a pressure cooker. Unfortunately, many reviews of the time said there were balls in this pan. I bought another pan, a silicone egg pan, which cost about the same as this model at the time. The silicone model has very deep cups, and although you can scoop the egg out with a spoon, they sometimes break and spill the yolk. Some proteins also sometimes stick. When it comes time to rinse the cups, the water makes it hard to see which cups you used (I only use 2 or 3) and you end up not removing part of the egg because the egg white becomes invisible, when it's wet. I'm really tired of washing cups every day. Someone in the pressure cook group recommended this pot. I checked it out again and all the reviews say it doesn't stick if sprayed in advance. This is 2 years later and I wish I had even seen these reviews. I went ahead and bought it. Wow! I spent money on my silicone egg molds. I decided to spray them with pure olive oil ("sprays like Pam" will eventually ruin the nonstick coating). The plastic handle cools down in a few minutes. I can take each cup with my fingers, turn them sideways and gently push the egg, and the whole fully formed egg will fall into my bowl. I pressure cook poached eggs for 1 minute, a quick release that still leaves a thick, runny yolk. I've seen some people say they sit at the computer for 0 minutes. I also love that I can only use as many cups as I need and I can wash each cup individually. The cups are flat bottomed if required and you can take 1 or 2 cups and place them on their own trivet in the smaller 3 liter pressure cooker. You don't need to use the included stand. If you love eggs, this is the frying pan!
