Too much interference with portable audio and video equipment

I really wanted to like this product and bought it as soon as it became available. I've paired this with a LG UM6970 4K TV and Wisa Klipsch RW and HDMI ARC series speakers. I gave 1 star because the soundsend app doesn't work without providing a location ID. After that, I was able to set up the system without much effort. Klipsch speakers sound amazing when soundsend is working properly, which doesn't happen very often. I gave another 2 stars for Soundsend which annoyingly shuts down every 30 seconds or so. I tried resetting the audio connections on the TV but the problem persisted. I replaced the HDMI cable and the problem hasn't gone away. Tried optical audio output, still crashes. Connected to my Samsung system and surround sound works fine. Not happy about the lack of support for Dolby DTS either, but the specs show it's not supported. To update. I noticed that there is a firmware update available on the WISA website. I followed the instructions and installed the update. It still fails. 2nd Update - Installed firmware 1.26 which should have fixed the dropout issues. Unfortunately it still fails.
