Bought this system on a 2000 Ford Excursion with a V10 engine. Worked on noise above the drain because my days of loud exhaust were over. Was very happy. Just a little louder than the series with the sound of A, that the engine is breathing. The stock sounds like the engine is choking. It was an easy setup for me as I have an elevator. I chose stainless steel because it's only slightly larger than aluminum. They buy this system for the clear sound and clean look. No mileage or performance gain. When moving a 7500 pound car, I didn't expect that the car's rear end system would make a noticeable difference to its car type. The Gibson was the only system I could find as everyone else seems to have been discontinued for the V10. Revain had free shipping and was under $400. How can you go wrong. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get rid of that ugly stock muffler and tailpipe from their Excursion.
