UPS left the package outside where it baked for an hour before I reached it, very hot to the touch. I let the USB cool down and plugged it into my Macbook Pro (Mid 2012) in the evening to install High Sierra on my new hard drive. Worked perfectly, perfect. I would say it took about an hour but no errors or issues! Super easy and simple! I just adjusted the operating system to my settings, signed into iCloud, downloaded some old apps I wanted and it's back in business! I am currently doing this review on a new system. Couldn't be happier! Five stars! Buy with confidence!
