Actually I am not giving this product one star but four stars. I'm giving one star for people to read this as I think most people will pay attention to low reviews before buying. So the bad news: The assembly instructions are incomplete. The fan must be installed with the sticker side facing the Rpi (down), the black wire on the fan is the power wire and can be connected to pin 1 on the GPIO for low power (3.3 volts) or pins 2 or 4 for high power (5 volts), the return wire is red and connects to pin 6, which is ground/return. After the build was complete I connected all the cables and powered on my display and Rpi. The display complained that there was no signal. Knowing that Rpi and HDMI cables are good, I disassembled the case into short posts and removed the expansion card from the Rpi. I then reattached the expansion board to the Rpi and mounted it on the stands, connected all the cables and applied power. My display showed the Rpi booting up, so I powered down the case and reassembled it. Everything works now.
