I bought 2 of these, one didn't work at first and I had to unplug and plug the expansion card back in, then everything worked, not a problem if you already assemble the case. I would suggest making sure it works before installing it in a case. The second worked without problems the first time. Definitely my favorite desktop case. There is an additional USB on the front that I can't get to work. Overall I am satisfied and would buy again

This case is advertised to clean up the mess by moving all ports to the back of the case. He just does it well. What I care about is that it protects the micro HDMI ports on the Pi 4 which are a bit fragile. The case is oversized, about twice the size of most Pi 4 cases. If you don't like the clear acrylic look, you can paint it or cover it with some kind of vinyl. The fan is pretty quiet and keeps my overclocked Pi 4 cool.

I received a product with a circuit board not fully cut out (see attached image). This makes the whole box impossible to the point of impossible so I emailed the customer service address on the card that was in the box and got no response so I sent it back. There is a lot of unused space in this closet. I drilled four holes in the top panel to install the hard drive. When choosing between cutting a hole for the hard drive and removing the back panel, the easiest way was to remove the platter. But it would be nice if the top and back were prepared for that given the dimensions of the case.
