I received a product with a circuit board not fully cut out (see attached image). This makes the whole box impossible to the point of impossible so I emailed the customer service address on the card that was in the box and got no response so I sent it back. I understand why these sellers try to resolve issues outside of Revain, but people get even more pissed off when they don't get a response in a timely manner. There's no use waiting for a possible answer on the chance of a replacement when I can just order from one of the many other competitors.
