It's impossible to use, don't waste your money.
In general, for such a price, it is better not to take it, since the marriage, as a result, is short on the chip. How is it determined: if you turn the knob, and the voltage stands still, and the input and output readings differ by 10%, then the chip is 100%. When it does, it turns off.
