I bought three of these, one for each bedroom in my house, as a handy charging station for phones etc. This one caught my eye after a few months of hearing from you stopped charging my phone from one of the USB ports even though it was still running on AC power. Then I read a nice little message on the back, see photo, which confirmed that the device's "Auto-Off Technology" renders the device completely unusable. as a USB charging point, effectively turning the entire device into a large plastic garbage. It's weird that in all the years I've used old-fashioned USB chargers, none of them have ever stopped working like this. Oh, and don't look for a "reset button" because there is one. Avoid this beautiful device like the plague.
