I am new to car air conditioning and wanted my Volvo 240 to blow cold air. With $1200 AC estimates to fix all my AC stuff I said I would take care of it myself. After replacing the compressor, o-rings, high and low pressure sensors, ac relay, r134a conversion kit and some bad wiring, my air conditioning. After watching videos and doing some online research I was able to properly charge these sensors after the vacuum was pulled. If you want to save some money and are good at working with cars I would suggest a nice set of gauges to learn from. This was the last step and overall I have about $300 to set up and run my own air conditioner.
