I bought this lock set for my 2017 Keystone Cougar 29RES fifth wheel. When you open the box, you can feel the quality of this device. It's all metal, very well made and easy to assemble. I had a problem pairing the remotes and contacted online technical support. Within MINUTES someone was there to walk me through the WEEKEND troubleshooter! The problem was the batteries in the remote controls. So they asked me to buy new batteries and put them in. (They sent me an electronic MasterCard gift card to cover the cost of new batteries and my time!) I put new batteries in and the remotes work perfectly! I can easily unlock/lock my van from 150 feet away or more! This particular product is a great investment and a safety feature for any camper. The company's technical support and customer service is second to none. I would recommend this company's product to anyone and everyone. You will not be disappointed!
