Follow all directions and get terribly unreliable results when trying to cook cabbage. The design flaw is that the food pusher doesn't have any holes, so there's a vacuum and you can't pull it out again. The cabbage gets stuck between the chute and the pusher and doesn't move in any direction. I washed all parts very well before using, but there were pieces of black plastic in the cut cabbage that crept out. I had to constantly remove the entire unit from the blender to try and get it to work at all. It took me about 25 minutes to cut a very small head of cabbage. Return after single use.
