They fit my 10 volvo xc90 perfectly

Made the ride difficult They fit my 10 volvo xc90 perfectly. Maybe remove the old ones. You need a hexagonal extension as a counterhold. I had the allen wrenches but didn't have enough leverage so I bought a set of 7 allen wrenches for $15 off Amazon and was able to complete the job. For those like me who are new to these procedures, here are some helpful tips. On the old ones for the top bolt, you'll need an 18" wrench to turn the bolt (you'll definitely need to break it with your head first, and a little WD-40 would do the trick too), then tighten the middle with a hex bit. while turning the screw with a wrench. The bottom screw needs 15mm which should loosen immediately if not rusted. The old shock slides right out (I had my rear wheels on ramps and didn't have to remove the tire). If you're putting a new Bilstein in, you'll need to jack up the body (like on a trailer hitch or something) to get the new shock in there (or you'll need an incredible behemoth to slide it in there). I emphasize this because I didn't know this beforehand and I tried like an animal but I couldn't achieve it. Raising the body (rather than the frame) lengthens the coil, making it easier to install the new shock. Hope this helps someone. It also helps when someone helps. I think this work would have taken twice as long if my uncle hadn't helped me.
