I use this at almost every fill up. It works and lubricates and quiets lifters and ticking. My truck engine had a ticking noise while idling. I started adding this and the ticking went away and the engine runs smoothly. I was gassing up the truck yesterday an I could hear it ticking because I had left it running for the AC because there were people in the truck. After filling up the 25+ gal tank I added this, I was surprised and amazed that the ticking noise stopped instantly and the engine was purring. I mean it stopped ticking before I was done poring it into the tank, and I only had a few oz left. I have 236,000 miles and will now continue to add Lucas gas treatment at the recommended amount.
