I haven't located a place to get replacement components, therefore this humidifier will only last one or two seasons. The reliability is terrible. Simple in operation but arduous in upkeep. Hardly worth the price, in my opinion. has certain advantages: The management and design of the site are top-notch. I used two of these and my parents used one, and they were louder than humidifiers I've used in the past, but they still didn't disrupt my sleep too much (children sleep, do not complain). Water may be refilled from above, and it can be controlled remotely over Wi-Fi (with a schedule/working time option). Some drawbacks: 1) The humidifier is structurally designed in a way that makes it difficult to clean. There's a hole in the top (water container) that allows steam to escape. It's not washable. For the second year in a row, the fan was constantly buzzing (the warranty had just ended). Only during the warm period was the humidifier activated, and even then, not daily.
