Review on 🪑 Sports-themed Figural Chair for Heritage Kids by George Halbohm

This item is defective. The back is very thin and does not stay straight, it has a curve. Even though it's so cute. I had to clean it and when I went to clean it was actually sewn to the foam pad. The only reason I bought it is because the description said it was removable for washing. Because I knew that I would have to clean it several times, my child is only one year old. I'm having trouble getting the company to answer my question about returning or exchanging for one that isn't stitched to the foam so it can be washed.
