What I like about the MD2104 is that it's easy to mount, brackets that match the TV are easy to attach if you have the right screws. My big problem is that their TV mounting screws are useless. They were either too thin or too short or too long even with plastic spacers. I had to buy screws from Home Depot with some washers and it was perfect. The other issue I had was with my cleats, for some reason only the left side had cleats, but on the right side none of the holes lined up with the cleats. Since I was able to get the center of the stud with holes I need to remove the screws and the center metal extension. I then screw it back in, moving down a hole to lengthen it and align the holes with the studs. Violation of the integrity of the platform attachment, strength and weakness. Hopefully the screws can hold it. I don't understand why but I bought a wall mount for 42-86 inch TV, Tilt MD2263-XLK and it was perfect and the length was weird. I ordered it by mistake thinking the TV brackets were extended. Using the same platform as the MD2263 and the MD2104 mounts make the perfect TV mount. Somehow you missed the target. I'm disappointed I wanted to return this but I need my TV to fit, just wish they were more specific in their description, really 18" and 24". I had big doubts that all my cleats are exactly 18". . Also, they delivered on time and carefully.
