The best thing about this tool for us was its ability to be able automate our team's day-to-, week, month -and year end reviews with just one click of button! It also has helped me keep track if my employees are meeting their goals or not by providing weekly reports which I can easily share internally as well externally via email/Slack etc.. This software does exactly what it promises i mean you don't need any technical skills in order use them because they have made everything very easy so anyone who knows how slack works will understand all functions without much effort at least within few days once set up properly!! Nothing really bad but sometimes when there were too many notifications coming from different channels like emails &slacks then things become difficult managing those messages along side other work related tasks we do everyday (like solving problems).
