The bezel itself is very nice thick metal with great socket covers. However, the installation depends on your specific gender. You need something the right height to screw in the box. Your sub-floor may be slightly lower than the actual floor you are walking on. So if you screw the socket into the sub-floor it will be too low and there will be a gap between the faceplate and the walls of the socket. You might not see this gap, but it's unsafe and against regulations because it doesn't fully cover the wires. I installed this on carpet with a 0.5 inch spacer between the floor and the carpet. I decided to install some 0.5" square dowels on the sub floor and then mount the box on the dowels so that the box was level with the carpet. It was a retro setup so it was a bit difficult to get under the rug to install. The front panel screws are very long and weak, easy to break. I found a replacement at Home Depot: Everbilt Satin Nickel switch screws. They fit quite well, although they have an oval head rather than a flat one.
