Review on Replacement AA59 00784C AA59 00784A UN55F9000AFXZA UN55F9000AFX by William Mahajan

I think this product might be a scam. The first one I ordered came with a broken channel knob. I swapped it out for a new one that worked one day and then just stopped working. I tried changing the batteries but to no avail. The infrared light on the tip that sends the signal to the TV just doesn't light up, so I'm assuming it's a circuit issue. The seller won't let me return the second one. I have a feeling these are either cheap fakes, Samsung lemons, or outright fakes. Either way, don't waste your money. I will try to contact Samsung directly to purchase an authorized replacement or use a universal remote instead. Will update as I get more information.
