The best part is that they do all of your planning for setting up an amazing venue to ensure smooth sailing from start until finish. They also provide multiple ways of communication during every phase so there's never any confusion as far as what happens next or how something will look when it comes time to decorate/setup etc. There was not much I disliked about working together this year but honestly if we had more volunteers than paid staff then most things would have been better handled by them rather than us doing some stuff ourselves too late into our setup process. Great people who get along well within each other teams/groups with no issues whatsoever. Just work smoothly with these guys because their services were fantastic throughout my first two years running VBSs & camps. Our organization needed help creating an awesome space which meant having someone take care of logistics before hand while still letting me focus on building relationships w/ families & kids through worship, games & activities. The staff was amazing to work with. They were always willing to learn what I needed and answer any questions I had. It is very hard to find people who can do what they say they're going to do when it comes to event management. Very good experience overall. I am happy that we hired them to help us plan our wedding. They helped us every step of the way. We had many things planned out but they made sure nothing was missed.
