All I ordered It was separated in one place when inflated

This order was for a large customer of mine. I ordered 4 E and only needed 1. All 4 broke in one place. So that day my client was dissatisfied with me or my service. Another letter had a cut at the top of the mylar. I wish I had inflated it before installing it so I could troubleshoot before work. . But I trusted them and blew them up in one day. BIG MISTAKE. If you need red. I advise you to order ahead and blast before you need it. Here's how you can do damage control. Very disappointed.
