Much cheaper alternative to a dealer key. If you buy this key, you probably know the fatal flaw of Lexus keys. The plastic shell is not strong enough and over time the shell separates from the force required to turn the key in the ignition. Shame on Lexus for designing such a bad key. You can disassemble your old key and turn "guts" into this case. I didn't manage to get the two halves together perfectly and they look a little messy so I only gave 3 stars. The keys are sunk a little deeper than the original key. You may or may not like it, but it prevents accidental button presses.
