Review on 📱 Optimized NeatReceipts Pro Mobile Scanner & Software Combo 3.0 for Professional Receipts and Documents by Carlito Tardy

I bought Neat Receipts because my sister, the business owner, recommended it to me. After purchasing this software and scanner from AMAZON on May 12, 2008, I tried to run this software on a Dell Laptop (Windows Vista), HP Mini Laptop (Windows XP), Dell Laptop (Windows XP) and an HP Touch Smart to install (Windows Vista) . The reason I've tried so many computers is because I figured there might be a compatibility issue with Vista since I've had my share of Vista headaches. I was unable to complete any of the installs and received a plethora of errors ranging from an inability to locate the Neat Receipts software to the most recent error message "Your current operating system is not supported. Neat Receipts Professional requires the 32-bit version. Version of Windows XP or higher. Please install Neat Receipts Professional on another computer with a supported version of Windows". This is a new computer (bought for Christmas 2008)! The rest of the computers are less than two years old. I have asked Neat Receipts for help twice .The first time I received an auto reply with instructions on how to create an account on their website I am still waiting for a second request for help.Let me say I am very disappointed with this product and this company.I hold me for a smart business woman try not to doubt new products but trying to install and run this software annoyed me more than the $184 I wasted on this product.
