The ease of use, customer service, support when we have issues to resolve quickly rather than waiting days or weeks! Sometimes I get very frustrated with the platform itself but this has been fixed in the past few months. Don't hesitate, their customer service/support team are AMAZING. And it's so much faster in getting our images ready without needing hours and hours of work from us!! They do all the heavy lifting of preparing your images before uploads so that you don't need to spend time editing them. Our clients love how easy they make uploading product images as well as keeping track of stock levels & order status via emails. The most helpful thing about this plugin is that it allows you to save your images in different sizes, which makes them easy to download from anywhere. It's also very simple to customize according to our needs as well as upload new images or thumbnails using its interface. I have no complaints at all regarding the product so far! Everything has been great thus far. We are solving problems related to storage of large amounts of products with multiple pictures attached to each one.
