Our experience with NGS has been very positive - they are friendly, flexible in their approach to our needs and provide excellent service at all times. The turnaround of projects from concept through delivery can be as short or long as you need it to be. We have had more than one project that took longer than expected due to issues outside of their control which was not reflected when we signed off by them. This happens quite often in other industries but this could potentially put customers off working with us, even though we understand why things happen sometimes. They offer great value if used correctly and are open to suggestions throughout the process. Implementing new systems where there were none before.
