Too many weird ingredients at an unreasonable price

I understand why others appreciate this cocktail, but it really didn't suit me. It has so many fractionated vitamins of dubious quality. For example zinc oxide. This form of zinc is not fully absorbed by the body. In an IBD patient, it passes directly through the intestines, causing irritation along the way. The addition of iron to this product also complicates the work of the intestines. There are so many ingredients in this product that there is a high possibility of a bad reaction. There are also many different medicinal herbs when it comes to herbal ingredients. What is the reason for adding elderberry? quercetin? Most IBD sufferers try herbs and vitamins ONE at a time to identify bad reactions. This product throws everything and the kitchen sink at you. For something billed as 'essentials' this seems overpriced. It's also unreasonably expensive. Revain offers a cheaper price than Kate Farms' website, but to be honest it's still very overpriced. If you have a child or relative who relies on these shakes for regular supplementation, they get very expensive very quickly. I also note the company's shortcomings for the lack of delivery to Canada. Please, have you been approved yet? The cocktail selection in Canada is very poor right now and people could use that.
