I have 4 of these now. All buttons on none of them work.
Now I have 4. None of them work all the buttons. Everyone has their own buttons, so I try to remember which remote does what. examples; On one, the source button turns the TV off. On the other hand, the previous channel button brings up the guide. Different arrow keys work on different remotes, making the Netflix menu more difficult to use. That can only be frustrating. I think they are designed to fail to sell more.
