How could such a bad product be made?

In appearance: civilized headphones, this is right for the PS4 sharpened. But during operation, literally from the first days, a crack was noticed when adjusting the volume on the cable. And after a few months, when the volume is increased, there is no sound in one earphone.
And the most important thing:
I took it to TAKE, when asking the Online Consultant "where can it be repaired under warranty?" an answer was received that there are no guarantees in your city (Hong Kong) and call the supplier of the goods.

When adjusting the volume, the sound began to disappear in one earphone + crackling when adjusting the adjustment on the headphone cable.
