Just received the goods. There were no written instructions included. The handles make a well-made and durable impression. Before drilling the holes, a template would be helpful to create enough space between the boat and the handle for your fingers. Mounting bolts were supplied without nuts and washers (see advert). The intention should be to reduce the size of the pilot hole and hope the threads will hold in the plastic. I will use washers and locknuts. Nylon straps don't have pre-drilled screw holes, but plastic grommets do, which is very convenient. I love the overall design and think it beats other types on the market.
