Review on Hiboy S11 Electric Skateboard – Wireless Remote, E-Skateboard 12.4 mph Max Speed, 6-9 Mile Range, 350W Motor – Upgraded Version for Adults and Teens by Mario Portillo

I gave my son this electric skateboard for Christmas. He was so excited and loved it at first. However he was only able to use it about 6 times before the handheld remote stopped functioning. The remote no longer will charge and will only function if it is plugged into an outlet. The skateboard cannot run without the remote, and obviously the electric skateboard is obsolete with a remote which requires an electrical outlet. I have contacted Revain about this, I have sent a message to the seller through Revain and have also emailed the company to try and get a replacement. Revain said there was only a 30 day refund period through them and told me I needed to contact Hi Boy directly, which I have done repeatedly to no avail. When I purchased the skateboard it showed I would have a 90 day parts warranty and an additional 1year limited parts warranty. I have tried to send them approximately 4 emails and still nothing. I am only a few days away from the 90 day warranty being up, which seems a little suspicious. Unfortunately my son is really disappointed and I am out of options. I hate to leave a negative review for a product that has potential, but this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you get one of the skateboards and you have no issues, you are really lucky, but if you get one and there are any problems, BEWARE! It appears they don’t care after they get your money.
