I purchased the S11 for my grandson, and also a scooter for my daughter. The scooter had a battery problem, and Hiboy bent over backwards to quickly resolve the problem. They also recently provided immediate support for the skateboard almost 2 years after I bought it.The products are surpassed only by the amazing customer support the provide. Clearly one of the best companies I've ever dealt with! You cannot go wrong with Hiboy!

Worked well for several days. *I advise you to be cautious because I scrapped my hand, but back to the point.* Couldn't always go uphill very well (although that might not be its purpose). Fortunately, it went up to a pretty decent speed. After a while though, the power cut off after only approximately 15 min of use even with sufficient battery levels. It would then go on to randomly turn back on for a few seconds to then turn back off. Really frustrating. Might want to keep on looking.

The board itself is amazing right out of the box. Always make sure the bolts are tighten down and adjusted for riding preference. After two weeks the remote started charge funny. It would say it’s on the 3rd indicator and about after 15 seconds state that it is fully charged but when you turn it on it is clearly not charged. So I contacted customer support and emailed my problem and a week later I got a new one in the mail. The old on I replaced the battery with a higher MaH and it works…

The brakes on this Hiboy skateboard will sometimes randomly fail to engage. Both skateboard and control were charged fully. Nearly had an accident when it happened. Absolutely ridiculous.

I gave my son this electric skateboard for Christmas. He was so excited and loved it at first. However he was only able to use it about 6 times before the handheld remote stopped functioning. The remote no longer will charge and will only function if it is plugged into an outlet. The skateboard cannot run without the remote, and obviously the electric skateboard is obsolete with a remote which requires an electrical outlet. I have contacted Revain about this, I have sent a message to the seller

I brought this skateboard for my daily commute. It is great for a beginner like me. The remote control is easy to use. The skateboard speed is okay. Not so fast. I don’t have a chance to go full length to test the battery durability. But i use half of the battery when I commuted 4 miles.

I purchased this for my son who rode it a lot. After some months the front wheel came of of the trolly. I reached out to the company by email and, after a couple of questions, they mailed me a new front wheel unit without charge. I expected to pay for it but they declined. It arrived shortly and he is back on the road. Very nice people to deal with and they stand behind their product. You don't see that much anymore.

The skateboard stopped charging after only a few months of riding. When I contacted Hiboy within the warranty period, they responded by email and asked for details (including videos and pictures) of the issue. When I provided those, they stopped responding to me. The issue was never resolved and I'm out a couple hundred bucks after a few months. Save your money and avoid this company.

This was my first electric board. The best thing about this board is the weight. The weight to power to price ratio is what makes this stand out. I've had this about 3 months. Mostly city street riding. I weighed about 205lbs when I bought it and am currently around 185lbs. No problems hauling me around at 205. Speed and range specs are accurate. I think it's really great for someone who loves to skateboard, but is absolute trash at it. The skateboard makes skateboarding easier if you are only looking to cruise around.

So got the item and shipped to my son who is away at college. It worked great for the first month. Then all of a sudden the unit started beeping with no end.Update.Customer service explained this was a rare occurrence and advised how to correct and made a good resolution. Will post more of an update after more use

I got this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. It has been such a fun thing to bring on our walks. The battery seems to be good. Definitely does better on a flat surface vs a road or sidewalk. Going up an incline is tough but seems reasonable. Definitely recommend

Love this skateboard, works just as advertised. The battery lasts for hours. It's smooth and my kids have ridden it safetly in the neighborhood. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an item like this for ages 11 or 12 and up.

Junk! Do not buy. Stopped charging after 3 days. I requested a return and the seller would not even pay for it. I had to fork out 65.00 to send back to them. A seller should at least pay to ship their broken products back to them. Do not waste your money on this product and terrible customer service!

Lightweight electric skateboards can make you crazy and cool! Incredibly slow, not as advertised don’t buy this, it’s better to just use your foot that to use the electric part of the board, waste of money

Hi Boy has really gained my attention for their service to customers. We had a small issue with the pairing the controller to the boards. Hi Boy did replace both the board and controller but wha makes their service greater is this year and reached out and offered to send us a new electric board at no cost to us!
