Review on 🍶 BlenderBottle Classic V2 Shaker Bottle: Protein Shake & Pre-Workout Mixer, 20oz, Clear/Black by Russell Wong

I am DISAPPOINTED with the cheaper quality of the new cap. I've had my old bottle of blender for years. It's been used in protein drinks and milkshakes, but for a long time it was just my refillable water bottle. I decided to buy this 20 ounce bottle for my young child. (Tired of heavy baby cups and bottles that keep tipping over, leaking and spilling.) When I first removed the lid it already had a few dents around the rim and 2-3 plastic spots were "worn". This cap is #7 plastic. Old style is (better) #2 plastic. You can feel the difference in the quality of the plastic. Decided to change the caps. It worked! The threading is a bit imprecise, but both caps still work well on the opposite bottle. I've tested both with rolls and falls about 10 times, no leaks. So at least my baby's bottle now has a more secure old cap. Base Width 2-7/8”. The internal "rounded bottom" seems like a cool feature; it was a little easier to clean than the old style. The outer bottom only has a slit/hole to allow water to drain. it should have the 2nd on the opposite side in my opinion. The loop annoys me, but it's just a preference. I hate ridges on my old bottle. This 20 oz bottle has a large "rectangular" groove which also bothers me when washing, but the design is a little better.
